This seat includes Lift-Assist Technology which complies with ADA Operation Code 309.4 of less than 5 lb. to operate. The frame of the bench is 18-8 (304) Stainless Steel and comes with a folding friction hinge for controlled and smooth transition from the wall to the floor with adjustable rubber feet from 17 to 19.
