Install the NIBCO 4 in. x 3 in. PVC DWV 90 degree Hub x Hub Closet Elbow in a non-pressurized sanitary DWV system. This fitting changes the direction of piping (not included) by 90 degree and removes wastewater and waterborne wastes from your plumbing fixtures and appliances. PVC DWV is easy to install and is joined by solvent cementing or threading.
