Product Overview
The NIBCO 3 in. x 4 in. PVC DWV Hub x Sewer and Drain Soil Pipe Adapter adapts PVC pipe to cast iron soil pipe using cement and clamp or rubber sleeve. This adapter should be used in a non-pressurized sanitary waste system. PVC DWV is easy to install and is joined by solvent cementing or threading.
- 3 X 4 in. Inside Diameter and 3 1/8 x 4 1/8 in. Outside Diameter
- PVC material - requires priming before cementing
- For DWV, above-ground
- Adapts PVC to cast iron soil pipe using solvent
- Use with rubber sleeve or clamp
- Smooth interior finish for reduced friction and material buildup
- Helps remove waste water and waterborne wastes from plumbing fixtures and appliances
- Do not test or use with compressed air or other gases
- Maximum service temperature 140F
